We offer a variety of shampoos tailored to meet the specific needs of each pet. Our products are all non-soap formulas, made from plant ingredients. Our shampoos are gentle, biodegradable, and free of harsh chemicals, ensuring they do not leave a residue on your pet's skin after rinsing. This is especially beneficial for pets with allergies, as well as for maintaining a healthy, shiny coat.
Due to our extensive client base and loyal following, we are often fully booked in advance. We advise scheduling your appointment at least two weeks prior to your preferred date. However, we can make exceptions for earlier appointments in case of urgent situations. Please don't hesitate to reach out and speak with one of our staff members for further assistance.
We do not have any hidden fees, but there may be additional charges based on your dog's individual requirements. For dogs with severely matted coats that demand extra time and effort, there may be an additional fee after 15 minutes of work, typically around one dollar per minute for dematting services. If we find that a pet's coat is too matted and could cause stress or discomfort, we will notify you and suggest alternative solutions. Additional fees may also be incurred for pets that exhibit aggression or are challenging to handle, necessitating more time and attention.
